Your new role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Uploadcare Marketing team. This unique role requires a strategic, creative, and execution-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales. You will be instrumental in driving product adoption, market success, and revenue growth through effective positioning and messaging, impactful go-to-market strategies, and enabling our sales and growth teams to win.

The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of customers, market dynamics, and our technical product with strong communication and execution skills. You excel at distilling complex capabilities into clear, compelling messaging, launching products successfully, and driving cross-functional alignment to achieve business goals. This person will report to the Director of Marketing, Uploadcare, and will work remotely.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain consistent and compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates Uploadcare’s value proposition, resonates with target personas, and differentiates us in the market.

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and features, including launch planning, cross-functional coordination, and performance analysis to ensure successful adoption and revenue impact.

  • Create compelling and informative product content such as website pages, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other collateral that supports awareness, consideration, and conversion.

  • Develop sales tools and training to enable sales and ensure effective product knowledge and positioning in customer conversations.

  • Drive campaigns in partnership with Growth and Sales teams to generate demand and accelerate the pipeline.

  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, keeping a close eye on competitor products, messaging, and strategies to identify differentiation opportunities and strengthen Uploadcare’s market positioning.

  • Perform market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, user needs, and market dynamics, uncovering new business opportunities such as emerging use cases and customer segments to pursue.

  • Conduct win/loss analysis to understand customer decision drivers, feedback, and preferences, and use these insights to refine product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Plan, support, and attend events, such as webinars and conferences, to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline, in collaboration with an Event Manager.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on priorities, share insights, and maximize impact across the customer lifecycle.

Job requirements

To be successful in this role you need the following:

  • 5+ years in product marketing or related roles in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally combining self-service and sales-assist motions.

  • Experience working with developer-focused products.

  • Proven track record in successfully developing product positioning and messaging, creating go-to-market strategies, and launching products that achieve business goals.

  • Experience developing a wide range of marketing assets and content tailored to different stages of the buyer journey.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
