Your role

Scaling globally, we are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote team of 270+ from around the world.

Email Marketing Specialist will play a supporting role in email marketing operations for the Uploadcare brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end email campaign production, execution, list management, compliance, and deliverability.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with the potential for an increased scope or hours sometime in 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize email templates, sequences, programs, and cadences for the Uploadcare brand.

  • Effectively manage email campaigns in Pardot and Gong Engage, and utilize tools like BeeFree to ensure formatting and content consistency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver highly targeted email marketing campaigns, retention/reactivation programs, and customer communications.

  • Conduct experiments, tests, and refinements to enhance email marketing efforts.

  • Ensure email templates and messaging adhere to industry best practices for deliverability, mobile rendering, and engagement optimization.

  • Report on results and provide insights and recommendations to the marketing organization.

  • Devise new email strategies, including creative optimization, A/B Split testing, and development of automated and triggered campaigns.

  • Build and maintain email segmentation lists, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.

  • Develop and implement scalable processes to optimize email request intake, evaluation, quality assurance, and pre-send testing.

Job requirements

To be successful in this role you need the following:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a SaaS or technology company

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience in related field. 

  • Advanced English language.

  • Experience with campaign setup, audience segmentation, personalization, email deployment, basic HTML editing, delivery monitoring, and reporting.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Pardot, Salesforce, and/or other CRM and marketing automation tools. BeeFree and other email design tools also preferred. 

  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry standards.

  • Proven project management and prioritization skills.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
